I was working on a blog post for this week and came across this blooper reel from some Maui headshots I did several years ago and just could not resist! It made my day and I hope it makes yours! Happy Aloha Monday everyone!

Ryan’s subtle smile is infectious. As a male model based in Denver, he is a remarkable change artist as well with expressions that range from serious to total goofball. He is a total professional and I am honored to have the opportunity to photograph him in the studio. You can tell he is mischievous and totally fun to be around. Thanks for cracking me up!

As a model, you want to make sure your portfolio is up to date so your agency and potential clients know what you look like and what to expect if you arrive on set. It's best to update your headshots as often as possible so there won't be any surprises when you arrive at the modeling gig or audition. Ryan has long hair at the moment (which looks awesome on him!) but if he gets a different hairstyle or length, it would be smart to update headshots with his agency.

In general, it's recommended you update your professional business headshots at least every 2 years, if not annually.

It was awesome to be in the studio with business owner, Tyler, recently creating some of his lifestyle branding photography for him for his growing business.
